Green Olive Tapenade


Green olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish made with olives, capers and anchovies. It is eaten as an aperitif but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance its taste and bring it softness.

To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif on toasted bread.

Store in a dry place away from light, and between 2° and 4° after opening.
