Local Deliveries

Local Deliveries will be carried out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week. We deliver to listed postcodes: 

SE10, SE7, SE3, SE18, SE8, SE13, SE4, SE14, SE16, E14, E16, E15, E20, E7, E11, E10, E18, IG1, IG2, IG3, IG4, IG5, IG6

How to change Delivery Day 

If you are unable to be present on the indicated delivery day, let us know of a date that would suit you and will we do our best to deliver on your selected date.

Delivery time slots

Please make sure to write down in order notes your preferred develiry time. Once your order has been placed a mamber of stuff will be in touch shortly.

Two hours delivery slot will be emailed one day before the delivery day.If you are unable to be present for the time slot given, please contact us and we will re-arrange a delivery date and time with you.

Orders Placed on Mondays will be avaliable for delivery the following week.

Absence During Delivery Slot

Please let us know at least 1 working day before the delivery day. Our Office is open from Tuesday to Saturday ( 9am until 5pm). We will keep your shopping for you and member of stuff will get in touch to arrage new delivery day and time slot.

Please note that if you miss your delivery window we will apply re-delivery fee (£6,50).

Delivery Cost

All local deliveries using the L’Hexagone delivery service are FREE for orders over £60. If your order is below £60 we will apply £7.50 delivery fee.

If your postcode is not in the Local Delivery Rage but it’s close, please WhatsApp or Email us and we will let you know if we can include you in our Local Delivery service. (If our driver is free or has an empty slot we might be able to deliver).

If you select Standard Delivery Option we will post your shopping using a delivery provider of our choice (Post Office, DPD, DHL).  Delivery is FREE on orders over £100.

Hampers Delivery

Hampers are available only for Local Delivery, To arrange a delivery please get in Touch. Hampers ordered using Standard Delivery will be refunded.
