All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

8. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery services within the United Kingdom. Our standard delivery charge is £6.50, and tracked delivery is available for £12.50. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery. Delivery timescales are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated timeframe, but delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. L’Hexagone Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

9. Free Delivery Terms

Free standard delivery is available on orders with a total value of over £100. This offer applies only to standard delivery services and within the United Kingdom. The threshold for free delivery is calculated after applying any discounts and excluding delivery charges.

10. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their order within a certain timeframe after placing it, subject to our cancellation terms. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for further instructions.
