We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: £6.50
    Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • Fast Delivery: £15.00
    Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days

  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £100

  • Local Collection: Free
    Available by arrangement — you will be notified once your order is ready for collection

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.
Our primary delivery partners are DHL and DPD. In rare cases, Parcelforce may be used if required.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

While we always strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur.

  • If your order has not been delivered within 3 days of receiving your tracking information, please contact us and we will begin investigating with the courier.

  • If your parcel is not delivered within 7 days of dispatch, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly and fairly.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, re-delivery costs may apply.
